Rachel Driedger, P.Eng. PMP
Rachel Driedger, Principal of Causeway Consulting Inc., is a dynamic and results-driven professional known for embracing new opportunities and tackling challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Rachel consistently demonstrates the ability to build meaningful high-trust relationships, provide leadership and direction to multiple-disciplinary teams, lead strategic initiatives, manage budgets for optimal outcomes, and excel in establishing efficient work procedures to ensure exceptional levels of quality.
Rachel is a Professional Civil Engineer (P.Eng.) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with over twenty years’ experience in the industry focusing on Major Infrastructure Projects. She honed her technical and leadership experience as both a civil and highway design engineer and as a project manager for Provincial and Municipal levels of government. Her extensive knowledge in the transportation industry spans Canada, the UK and Ireland.

Emergency Veterinary Hospital & Neighbourhood Veterinary Hospital:
“Rachel Driedger with Causeway Consulting managed two large projects, both veterinary hospitals. The first was a complicated renovation of a 120-year-old house into a functioning hospital, and the second a 9,000 sq ft renovation for a new 24-hour veterinary emergency hospital. Rachel was integral to every step of the process – from pre-construction and design to construction and final touches of the project. Rachel’s organization, communication, professionalism, and coordination helped keep the project on-time and within our budget. She was also responsible for monthly updates to our funding team which included coordinating site visits as well as creating detailed monthly reports.
